Quiz: Are you worrying a lot about what others think?

Have you ever found yourself worrying a lot about what others think? Figuring out how others might judge a speech we gave or something we said is a pretty common feeling. It could be a sign of social anxiety disorder (the continuous fear of others watching or judging you) and its effects can be troubling.

But this is the truth: concentrating on others can be one of the most unproductive ways of using our time; It’s time consuming for crying out loud. At some point in my life, I began caring so much about what others taught of me and the more I did, the more miserable I became because it gave me a false illusion of living a pointless life. I gradually came to realise that no matter how amazing I am, there will always be the naysayers. After all, others opinions about me are nonfactual.

A great quote I recently read, states: “Stop worrying about what others think. At the end of the day, you have to live with you. Trust yourself. No one has to tell you when it’s right. Do what you need to do.” – Cheryl Richardson

In this quiz, your results will reveal if you’re most likely fond of worrying a lot about what others think. Reminder: Your results are meant to help you prioritise self-care by putting in the necessary work to live your best life.
