I cannot stress on the importance of having enough sleep as far as it’s benefits are concerned. When we rest, something explicable happens — in my case I feel so invigorated and ‘brand new’. 

It is commonplace for our busy schedules in college to deprive us of that rest we all need —once in a while — and that’s absolutely okay. But if you allow it to become part and parcel of you, you should know that you need to keep yourself in check.
