It is so easy to get wrapped up in the things that we don’t have, how we failed at something, what isn’t perfect in our lives, and so many other negatives. This can make us unhappy and upset all of the time. Now, think about what would happen if every negative thought was replaced with two positive thoughts? Let’s lift ourselves (and others) up instead of dragging everyone down. Doing this can help us all to lives lives that are filled with sun instead of rain.
