Self-Care Check: How many of these bad habits do you plan to work on as a student?

We all have those habits we really need to work on; We have to do our best in adopting habits that aren’t as enervating as what I’ve listed below. 

Failure to desist from these habits can be troubling for our mental well-being and distract us from focusing on the things that matter the most like our goals and aspirations.
